LSB NOTICE: RENEWAL OF PRACTISING CERTIFICATE FOR 2016

Your current Practising Certificate will expire on 31st Dec 2015 and you may submit your renewal application in person or by post:

2. Documents Required

(a) Application for Practising Certificate Form 5 (opens in new tab)(DOC, 45KB), and
(b) CPD Summary Form (ANNEX E) (opens in new tab)(45KB)

3. Fees

Payment for the following prescribed fees is to be made by cheque drawn in favour of "Land Surveyors Board Singapore":

Practising certificate renewal fees by application date

Renewal application made and received BEFORE 1st December 2015	SGD$300
Renewal application made and received on and AFTER 1st December 2015	SGD$350

4. To Note

(a) All application forms must be carefully and LEGIBLY completed before submission;

(b) Firms with more than one practising Registered Surveyors are to ensure that the name and address of practice are the same on all its application forms, unless otherwise intended;

(c) Any application that is not signed or is not accompanied by the correct fee at time of receipt and the completed CPD Summary Form will be rejected; and

(d) Application deadlines with respect to the amount of fee payable will be strictly enforced. If you are sending in your application via regular mail, proof of posting is not proof of receipt; the receipt date will be considered as the application date, and the fee payable will be the amount applicable on the receipt date.

5.Collection

The Registrar will inform you once practising certificate 2016 is ready for collection which will commence from the last week of December 2015.
