This initiative is part of the Government’s wider efforts, led by the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Pro-Enterprise Rules Review, to review regulations and reduce compliance burden for businesses.

• Processing time starts from the date we receive your complete application with all required supporting documents.

• Time spent waiting for application with incomplete documentation or information to be re-submitted will not be counted in the processing time.

• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

To facilitate timely processing, please ensure:

• All application forms are completed accurately and in full.

• All necessary supporting documents are submitted with your application.

• Prompt responses to any requests from LSB for additional information.
