Your current Practicing Certificate will expire on 31st Dec 2016 and you may submit your renewal application in person or by post:

  1. Documents Required
    The requisite forms are attached and may also be downloaded from Land Surveyors Board’s website (attached above for easy ref):

(a) Application for Practicing Certificate Form 5(DOC, 41.5KB), and
(b) CPD Summary Form (ANNEX E)(42.1KB)*

(*Arising from the recent CPD review presented at the LSB-SISV Joint Seminar 2016 on Sat, 8th October 2016, an updated CPD summary form will be announced in due time for the renewal of practicing certificates for year 2018 onwards).

  1. Fees
    Payment for the following prescribed fees is to be made by cheque drawn in favor of “Land Surveyors Board Singapore”:
Renewal application made and
received BEFORE 1st
December 2016		 SGD$300
Renewal application made and
received on and AFTER 1st
December 2016		 SGD$350

  1. To Note
    (a) All application forms must be carefully and LEGIBLY completed before submission;
    (b) Firms with more than one practicing Registered Surveyors are to ensure that the name and address of practice are the same on all its application forms, unless otherwise intended;
    (c) Any application that is not signed or is not accompanied by the correct fee at time of receipt and the completed CPD Summary Form will be rejected; and
    (d ) Application deadlines with respect to the amount of fee payable will be strictly enforced. If you are sending in your application via regular mail, proof of posting is not proof of receipt; the receipt date will be considered as the application date, and the fee payable will be the amount applicable on the receipt date.

  2. Collection
    The Registrar will inform you once practicing certificate 2017 is ready for collection which will commence from the last week of December 2016.
