LSB Notice: LSB Examinations (Cadastral Law, Land Lot and Strata Survey) to be held on 20 July 2026
The Land Surveyors Board (LSB) Examinations in the subjects of cadastral law written examination, land lot and strata survey oral and practical examinations are now open for applications by eligible persons.

1. The schedule is as follows (All candidates to be present at least 5 minutes before the start of the examinations):

All subjects must be completed and final examination files submitted electronically through the individual unique link provided to candidates before the closing time and date.

B. Important Details for Practical Examinations
2. I would like to bring your attention to the documents attached:
a) Instructions to Candidate (together with Annexes C and D).
b) List of sites not to be selected.
All candidates must familarise themselves with the requirements/format of the examination stated herein for compliance and submit their selection of sites to Mr Ng Chin Sing (email to: ng_chin_sing@sla.gov.sg) and copy Deputy Registrar, Ms Mitsy Ng (email to: mitsy_ng@sla.gov.sg) between 5 May 2026 and 1 June 2026.
Apart from submitting their selection of sites within the stipulated period, candidates must ensure all queries are attended to promptly as all sites must be accepted by 22 June 2026.

3. The Instructions to Candidate are attached as enclosed for compliance by candidates taking the cadastral law written examination.

D. Mode of Application
4. Eligible persons may apply to sit for the examination by completing and submitting the online registration form by accessing the link below. Candidates are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules governing the examination as set out in Part IV (Examinations) of the Land Surveyors Rules.

E. Mode of payment (Payment by cheque will not be accepted)

- Transfer the amount to LSB corporate account number UOB 201-319-249-0
- Attach the proof of the bank transfer transaction record/receipt in the online registration form

- Include your name for reference when making payment and attach the proof of payment in the online application form
F. Deadline for Application
7. All submission of applications through the online application form together with the fees to be paid must be completed before the closing date of 4 May 2026.

H. Tutorial Sessions by SISV on Cadastral Law
9. LSB does not offer tutorial sessions. Interested persons may check with SISV, Ms Manisah Jalil (email to: manisah@sisv.org.sg) whether there is such an offering. Please note that LSB does not receive any fee for any of such offerings and interested persons will have to liaise with SISV directly (including payment, if any).
